What happens to the information you send through this site.
The data controller is VoltAria Sound di Riccardo Malberti, Via Antonio Fogazzaro 6/A, 20832 Desio (MB), Italy, VAT IT14784850969. For any privacy question, write to info@riccardomalberti.com.
This site does not use cookies, analytics or any third-party tracking script. It makes no requests to external services on your behalf while you browse.
The only personal data collected is what you choose to submit through a contact form on this site:
Submitted data is used solely to respond to your enquiry: to read your message, reply by email, and, if the conversation continues, discuss and deliver the requested work. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and, once a project is under discussion, the steps necessary to enter into or perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Form submissions are received and stored via Netlify Forms, the hosting provider for this site, acting as a data processor. Netlify's own privacy practices are described at netlify.com/privacy. No other third party receives this data, and it is never sold or used for advertising.
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting project, and are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose or for a legal obligation (for example, accounting records tied to an invoice, kept for the period required by Italian law).
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or limit the use of your data, object to its processing, or request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, write to info@riccardomalberti.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali.
